Kerala Fish Fry

Life is so beautiful with all these things happening in tandem.
Recipe
1 kg Fish Steak/Fillets
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
1 sprig curry leaves.
1 tsp salt.
Oil for frying.
Method
Clean the fish and make slits on both sides. Keep them aside.
To prepare the marinade masala, mix red chilli powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric paste, and salt
Marinate the fish steaks using the masala and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a fry pan. Once the oil is hot, add curry leaves.
Pan fry the fish on both sides on medium flame.
Serve fish fry with sliced onions and lime wedges.
